Stewart has served as Honorary Treasurer of ESBC for many years. His career involved management positions in the seafood industry with Associated Fisheries plc and as MD of North Atlantic (Holdings) Ltd. Currently semi-retired, he chairs the Sussex Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority.
He holds Fellow status with the Chartered Management Institute and an MBA from Northampton University. His experience includes managing the UK’s biggest caviar importer, and he notes that nothing compares to “being on a boat in the Volga River in Russia eating fresh Beluga and drinking chilled Stolichnaya.”
