We all fear what is to come in the first “Burnham Budget”, but this is an opportunity to find out what it really means for you.

East Surrey Business Club is delighted to invite you to a Post Budget Briefing with Richard Biggs, Chief of Staff to Claire Coutinho, and Gareth Morgan, recently retired Commercial Director of a multi-national IT business, expert in economic, commercial, and political affairs. Gareth is also Chair of Trustees of Master Park. The meeting will take place at The Hub, Church Lane, Oxted RH8 9LD on Friday, 30th October at 0830. Richard and Gareth will discuss both the political impact of the Budget and the impact it will have on small businesses. It promises to be an informative and interesting morning.

ESBC Christmas Luncheon

We are delighted to announce that our Christmas Lunch will once again take place at Tandridge Golf Club, on Friday 4th December, commencing at midday. We will go through to the dining room at 1.00 pm for a traditional three course Christmas Lunch, followed by coffee in the lounge.

Our nominated charity this year is the St Catherine’s Hospice and a representative of the Charity will speak to s at the lunch. We are also delighted to be joined by both Richard Biggs, our Constituency Manager, who will update us on local and Westminster issues and Lord Lingfield, the new President of the East Surrey Conservative Association, who will also be saying a few words.
